So long as there's enough to hold a meeting why not go?

Even with a low turn out you still get to have a race, which is the whole point.

Oh, I forgot to say Ste, the cells from the Mardave fire are OK, but the Mardave cell holder is trashed, so the Mardave is out of action anyway!
