WOW. 1st quali of the year, come on Brawn GP. Great result for Jenson and Rubens. Ross Brawn is a very clever chap. 3 weeks ago the team didn't exist and the cars hadn't turned a wheel. Just goes to show what you can do if you don't give up.

Its looking like its going to be great F1 season, and it should be wide open for anyone to win races.

Can't believe how crap Mclaren are. They have gone from hero to zero in a tenth of a second, or should that be 3 seconds.....

Fantastic race, and this KERS is something else, 80 bhp at a touch of a button reminds me of nitros.

Great to see another Brit at the front. Well done to Jenson and the Brawn\Virgin Team.

FI 2009 Bring it on.

Hamilton shows his true colours again. He should get a ban for that. What a prat. Thank god we have another British driver at the front and getting all the limelight. I'm not a Lewis fan and I think his inclusion in the sport is a bad thing if he is going to lie to race stewards, a person in his position should know better than to follow Ryans instructions, telling him to keep his mouth shut. The pair of them are idiots and have ruined the start of the season. It has taken the focus off the great result for Rubens and Jenson.

just caught up on whats been going on. Not really sure why that Dave Ryan fella suggested keeping quiet about it, it didn't really seem like Hamilton had done anything wrong apart from got confused by Trulli! Nor do I see why the stewards made a decision to promote Lewis to 3rd without all the facts!

I disgaree with you about Hamilton Glenn, I think he's great for the sport, a fantastic driver, just maybe a little naieve and obviously easily manipulated by members of the team. Good decision to suspend Dave Ryan by Mclaren.

Sorry, don't buy it. Take a look at this.....

http://www.itv-f1.com/News_Article.aspx?id=45532

I agree he is good for the sport, his talent is without question. His character however is not good. He is young and I feel sorry for the guy but the facts are he effectively cheated and that in professional sport is unforgivable, even if he was led by the team. In the light of this new evidence, he even lied when presented with the radio transcript. That's just stupid.

The best thing he could do right now is stick with McLaren, as he is a guilty as they are and jumping ship would make him look really bad, keep his head down and do some driving. If he gets some good results then rather then bragging that he did a great job he should congratulate the drivers that beat him. Then I would get some respect back for him. As far as this year is concerned it’s already a write off. He needs to rebuild his career as of next season, he should shut up, stay with McLaren through good times and bad, see his contract out and do what he gets paid for, driving.
