Anybody got this? I saw it on Saturday and decided it would be nice to play while the season is still current. The last of the F1 series I played was something like '97 on the original PS. The games seems really good, I think it may be time for a steering wheel.

Yeah! 8)

Logitech parcel arrived yesterday :), spent last night converting the lounge into a car. F1 2010 is pretty good, and it's cool playing with this years cars. But have to admit even the 3? year old GT5 prologue has better graphics and runs smoother. I loved both of them on the wheel.

So when do we start SLMCC online play :D?

Maybe we should have a warm up on GT5 prologue.

I got my Logitech set up on my small pit table in front of the TV last night, it was brilliant :), after my initial attempt of a coffee table I couldn't get my legs under. When I finally made it round Suzuka without the gravel invalidating my lap I went 4 seconds quicker than my last effort  all about consistency .

I ordered a wheel yesterday - the new logitech force wheel gt (or something like that!) due out on the 25th. Gonna have a think about some form bracketry to raise it up a bit, or tell Amy we need a new, taller coffee table!

I haveen't got prologue, so no warmup for me :(

Woohoo 4 way it is, GT5 will be here in November :).

That's the wheel I got Ste, it's been around for a while, but I think most places are out of stock until the 25th.

Our coffee table was too low. I got a Wheelstand Pro to go with it:

But before that arrived I got it on my small fold away pit table (not the green one!) and it worked really well. The pedals grip the carpet great and the pit table was just about stable enough, so I probably wouldn't have bothered with the stand.

Jo trying it on a small table I couldn't get my legs under:

that stand looks good Ian, where from/how much? may have to purchase one - out coffee table is low too, wondered about getting Andy to make something, but needs to be small so Amy doesnt go mental. That looks ideal.

Shame I heaard this week its being delayed AGAIN??!?!?!

Here's the stand, it's the £89 one:

GT5 slipped to "before Christmas" :(. Still I think GT5 Prologue is only £10 to download to your PS3, or £15 for a new disc for an early fix.
