Just had a quick look round for LiPo battery and charger deals. Batteries are looking a little thin on the ground at the usual places, also a bit expensive. Some options on Ebay though:

Orion charger and 2400 LiPo, new and decent price. Charger looks good, although I've not seen one of these out our club. LiPo is good but small, should be up to the job though, I've run this LiPo indoors and out without trouble.

And a 2nd hand Orion 4800, if it's in good condition these are worth having second hand because they last so long. A nicer battery with more margin for error over the 2400, only 2 hours on this auction!

Other options include the Trakpower 4900 battery available for around £60, most others are around £80 now. There is a lot of chargers out there, Rick may be able to point out where his came from? I'm very happy with my BC6, a bit pricey at £100 though. The Orion charger linked above looks good and seems to do everything except run on mains.

mine was also around 110 it's a cell pro 10s from http://www.aurorra.co.uk/aurv2/catalog. ... ng&count=0 seems to be good but maybe not the most user friendly, and not cheap
