Been a member here for a while but never been to a meeting - hoping this will all change soon though!

But thanks in part to Ian swaying me I now have a savage flux! It is a beast, stupid fast and so far very strong - although I have yet to fully put it through its paces :)

Just one problem in that it has no brakes - well it has them but they are rubbish. I am hoping the castle link software should help - if I can ever find one in the UK!

Wow, nice looking trucks. What electric systems are you using?

Looks awsome! If my nitro Savage was anything to go by, don't think you'll be suffering too many breakages at the skate park with that.

Be great if you could get it to an outdoor meeting my E-Revo needs a playmate!

I think the Mamba Monster should have awsome brakes, I don't know much about programming them, I'd be surprised if you 'needed' the Caste Link lead to sort it out, perhaps ask or search on rc-monster forums.

Discovered it was the end point adjustment throwing of the brake/reverse during setup - now the problem is it will do front flips when you slam the brakes on!

Had a run today and got it very muddy but it survived where as the maxx broke again! However the maxx is now clean and the flux is still muddy - got to love the traxxas waterproof electrics :)

Even running on twin 6cell nimh the flux is quick, very very quick...

Glad you sorted it, my E-Revo's pretty well always covered in mud now, lost its waterproofing when I put the Novak in it.

Any sign of your batteries yet? Will the flux be making an appearance at SLMCC tomorrow?
