Right with the bad weather and possable lack of people turning up its not worth while for the burger van to come

So what time are we track building?

I'm thinking late afternoon? I guess it will only take a couple of hours? Around 4pm? Or do people want to go earlier? We could maybe manage a sneaky local pint and snack afterwards?

Its gonna be a bit later for me - I'll be able to set off that way around 4, thats the best I can do Im afraid. Liking the idea of a pint and snack :D

I don't mind going later. So say there at 5pm?

Is it Jim bringing the trailer? Glenn can you bring the mower?

It took from 11:00 till 17:00 to set-up last time and we had 5 to 10 people helping and 2 mowers. I think we need more help.

What time is the trailer turning up.

I can go any time. Wasn't expecting it to take 6 hours though! Hopefully last time's experience will pay off.

No point getting there until the trailer does, I don't know who's bringing it. I've texted Rick, no response yet, guess him and Jim are the contenders would be great if they could post here when they want to go :).

If we go at 11am I think that rules Tom, Ste and Glenn out for a few hours at least. Stu was asking what time we were track building over on Oople, couldn't reply as we still seem to have no idea!
