Since its our regional, I thought it best to start the discussion over what we need to get sorted for Sunday, or just to check everything is sorted.

I missed the last one anyway, but are all the arrangements the same? Big trailer for rostrum? School for toilets and PTA food?

Build the track Saturday?

Can we make it early. It's my sons birthday party 11 till 13:00. I can do before and after but not during. I can be at the track for from 9:30 with the mower. I will do what I can and come again in the afternoon to pick up the mower and finish any track stuff.

I think later in the day is better than earlier as the longer we leave the track set up unattended then the more likely it is in getting wrecked.

I am concerned that we currently do not have permission to use the land and without permission I am afraid we can not continue as we have already had attention brought to the council, school and the local police by somebody objecting to our activities living in the neighborhood.
