Just watching Rory and Paddys great adventure on five, they were just outside kendal building stone walls, in the background they had "the entire population of kendal" (six), and Im 99% sure one of them was Phil wearing some rather fetching yellow waterproof pants. Could it be? anyone else watching?

It was definitely him no question 100%

Last time I spoke with him he said he didn’t have long on this earth.
