Losi have released some new sensored brushless systems into the UK.

They are very similar to the Novak system in appearance and specs. Apparantly the motors are not quite the same, but similar, the ESC looks extremly similar but has a different programming interface. Early reports suggest the performance is just as good, although some US people on rc-tech.net had some trouble with it loosing it's settings.

The best thing is the price, £115 for motor and speedo from DMS Racing in the UK!

If the systems are good, this will surely force other manufacturers to reduce prices. I am very tempted by a 3.5 for my XXX-T.

Wow, good price. You can't get a GTB for that money without a motor.

REDRC have reported on new LIPO's by Tekin and Orion with hard cases and 4mm female connectors built into the case. Great idea.

I can't believe the number of new products and technology being developed at the moment. It can only be good for the sport and an indication that more people then ever are taking it up. I just hope that this new technology does not price some people out of the club. The LOSI brushless system looks very good but LIPO's are still a little too pricey.
