Hey thought ur name rang a few bells! Hows it going?, you been racing all this time? you should be shit hot now if you have eh. I went to burton hall last year to watch(hall seemed a lot bigger as a kid!) haha, Was thinking about starting up again but got another motorbike instead. Still mite tho if im honest miss racing quite alot. Id be shite tho if i did! Wat ever happened to carl? how long did he carry on 4? i was 16 was i fooked it off. Have you done a natonal yet? Still see ian flynn now and again he lives in preston now.

Yeah, I have kept going all that time, been racing for 16 years now. Off-road isn't as popular as it used to be with there only being us, Southport and Bury still going, so there are no regionals and I don't have the time to do nationals. We race Off-road and touring cars now which gives us a bit of variety.

The cars have moved on a bit too with most of us running the new range of brushless motors with mine being equivalent to a 7 turn motor and I am soon gong to li-po batteries which will be 5000mah, should be interesting to drive!!!!

You should pop down one sunday to have a look, i'll let you have a raz about with my car if you want as you used to be pretty good when you raced.

I live in Preston too, along with most of the members of the club, whats he up to these days? Carl finished racing when he went off to uni. He runs his own tuning company building wacky cosworths with monster power!!!

That would be awesome mate was a bit gutted no 1 let me have a blast last time but then again no 1 knew me and i wasnt very friendly coz was hung over to fook haha. Ill let you know when im coming cheers fella x
