mine, well, my housemates keeps throwing a hissy fit whn I try to use it - its a womans machine and acts like a woman! so I need someone to come and look at it to see if it can be fixed. Does anyone know of anyone in the preston area thas been tried and tested?

DC Domestics on Plungington fixed ours a few years back. They came out and it took them about 30 seconds to find a hose had come off, charged £30, but at least it was sorted.

Glenn's right it doesn't work! I think it's really broken, keeps showing error messages on the display, but I don't know what they mean!

I don't have and fing manual! I did find the manual online a while ago, and none of the faut codes matched up anyway!
