Despite my bestest soldering skills and using the pot luck technique I've failed to get the sensor board working in my HV4.5. So in case anyone has a HV4.5 lying around (Ste) and would like to swap it for a stock E-Revo ESC having recently blown their stock ESC up (Ste) let me know.

Well, Ian, that does sound like a good idea, I'd have thought my 4.5 motor would be worth more to you than your stock revo esc tho..........

could mean 2 revo's running again tho!

Ive just had a thought too- sureley the mtronics and errr... the other one....(cant remember the make now) speedos I bought for my juggernaut would work okay in the revo? okay, so the motors are a bit bigger but sureley can't draw more current than two 19 turn 540 size motors? hmmmm.......

Towerhobbies has the ESC at $114.99 and the motor at $109.99, Wheelspin the ESC at £105 the motor at £106, seems pretty close to me :), I can throw in my stock motors too.

Guess theres only one way to find out on the juggernaut speedos, but I'm thinking with LiPos and an E-Revo they're gonna be toast.

ah righto, hadnt realised they were so closely priced, didnt thing the stock ESC would be worth much. Think we can probably do a deal at that - stock ESC and motors for the 4.5 motor. Guess I could perhaps throw in the blown up HV speedo too.... lol!

Thanks but those motors are too small for trucks, the HV motors are longer.

Okay Ste, do the swap at the regional.
