Post subject:  Insurance?

I have a small problem. honey bee flying is not good in public places (little kids's eye on the end of rotors) so i was thinking us heli flyers should find some sort of insurance like BRCA, except for flying things. Any suggestions?

I absolutely agree, all it can take is one mistake and it could cause someone a nasty injury. I think we are ok flying when its just club members around as we all know to keep an eye out (especially when ric is flying). But I think flying when there are public spectators is not a good idea really unless they are some distance away.

Hi Jim & James,

A very good idea even with club members, just a tip apparently it is cheaper to join British Model Flying Association (BMFA).

The web site for advice (www.bmfa.org/)

I trust this helps.
